Multi-Author series are becoming more and more popular. We here at Indie Pen PR think it’s an experience every author should try at least once. It’s a great way to work with a team of amazing authors and have a built-in support system when it comes to the writing process as well as release efforts. The success of each book means the success of the whole series.
But here’s the thing, participating in a multi-author series is a lot of work, and someone has to manage the whole thing. You’re in luck, Indie Pen PR happens to love managing these series and we are quite good at it too. We’ve got the success to prove it.
Whether you are part of a group of authors with an idea and don’t know where to start, or you would love to join a team of authors for an upcoming series, you’re in the right place.
Key Details
- We have a team of trusted publishing professionals that we work with from editing, design, and formatting. For continuity sake, every group series will use the same team. This also allows us to offer deep discounts you can't get anywhere else.
- You will be required to sign an author contract agreeing to meet deadlines, payment dates, and follow the series directions.
- The details of each series will be decided on by the team at the start of the project. All authors in the group are expected to stay in contact and keep an open line of communication with the management team and fellow authors.
- These are NOT anthologies, but individually released books. Most of these series will be 45-55K word full-length novels — Novella series management upon request.
- A detailed publishing plan that includes ALL due dates will be provided at the start of the project; you will be expected to hit your dates.
- We get paid by way of a service fee. We NEVER take a cut of your royalties. It's your book, your money.

Each author pays the same amount, broken into two-three payments.
We love our series to have 7-9 authors in them.
The price per author changes based on the size of the group. The more authors in a group, the less each author pays. Prices range from $550 to $750 per author. For exact pricing, please fill out the interest form.

Part of what Indie Pen PR does for each MAS is building an extensive blogger and review team. We also ask that each author add five members from their personal ARC team (with their permission of course) to round out our team. But we never stop trying to grow our review counts for these series.
Good question! We are happy to share that we managed all three seasons for the extremely popular 425 Madison Ave series, as well as the Holiday Springs Resort series. Most recently, we managed the Single Dad’s Romance series and our upcoming series, Blue Collar Romance.
Each author in the multi-author series will be provided with a very detailed contract at the start of the project. This contract will include book information such as specs, pricing, and dates. It will also include details about what’s included and what happens if you miss deadlines or want to leave the series. It also outlines what is to be expected by both you and your management team.
Easy! We provide the group with an extremely detailed schedule. All your due dates are in one place. Add them to your personal calendar. But, you’ll also get reminders when your deadlines are approaching as well. We got you!
